    Sam was born into a creative family and since moving from his childhood home in the Lake District UK, he has lived and worked in Leeds, Edinburgh, London and Barcelona. He is currently based in Australia.

    Sam is a passionate physical theatre maker specialising in conceptualising and creating outdoor performances in public spaces. Concerned with all aspects of contemporary celebration, Sam is committed to the creative process and the necessity for art to connect people with their lives.

  • Tristan Glover

    Company Manager / Performer

    Freelance Producer at Cheltenham Town Hall, UK cheltenhamtownhall

    Tristan was born and raised into the UK folk arts scene in the 1970’s, touring and playing live music from an early age.

    A talented operations manager with extensive experience in international productions, he has completed multiple international tours as a performer and company manager.

    Tristan also produces and presents themed music / family events at Cheltenham Town Hall.

    Luke has been training and performing in the Australian Circus scene since he was a young child. He began his career at the famous ‘Flying Fruit Fly Circus’ in Albury Wodonga, going on to perform with Circus Oz nationally and internationally over a 7 year period. He is a generous performer, a confident coach and all round ‘gentleman of the road’

  • Pablo Reboleiro Rama

    Pablo is a Spanish clown with a degree in Maths who ran away to the circus, later achieving a BA (hons) degree in Circus Arts at the National Centre for Circus Arts in London. He is trained in physical theatre, dance and music.

  • Alfredo Perez Muino


    Performer with ‘Lusco e Fusco’ / ‘Fredi&Cia’ / ‘Elefante Elegante’ and as “Doctor Smile” with ‘Fundación Theodora’ Spain.

    Alfredo studied a degree in Physical Education (INEF Galicia) specializing in artistic gymnastics. After further study at Carampa Circus School he travelled to the Americas (Argentina, Brazil & Cuba) to continue his training as a physical clown.

  • Tim Bennett

    Tim Performer, educator, workshop facilitator.

    Tim Bennett has 20 years experience performing around the world with various acts, and has built a reputation as one of Australia’s finest session musicians. Tim has worked with numerous Australian and Canadian artists over the years, extensively touring Canada, The United States, India and Australia.


  • Xampito Otero

    Xampito began his artistic career at the Circus school ‘Circonove’ in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. From 2013-2015 he continued his studies at ‘Inrampa’ in Madrid, perfecting his performance techniques in theatre, dance, acrobatics and juggling, the latter being his speciality. He worked with ‘Pass & Company’, winning ‘Talent Madrid’ and best show at ‘International Festival of Street Arts and Theatre’ in Valladolid.

    In recent years he has worked with The Chipolatas, Gandini Juggling, Pistacatro, Circo PRICE Theater, Canal Theatres, The State Circus of Moscow, Le channel Scène Nationale de Calais, Teatro Maria Guerrero and Bishop Theatre.

  • Jasper King (1970 – 2015)

    Jasper King was an original founding member of the Chipolatas in 1992.

    Jasper began performing as a teenager through an interest in clowning and the history of the fool in society. His natural ability to entertain any audience allowed him to become one of the worlds most cherished and respected performers.
